Sundays (Gorham)

Sunday Ride Schedules and Routes

    • Departure Time: 9:00 AM
    • Location:  Gorham High School parking lot; take Morrill Ave off South St./Route 114 near library in village, toward high school.  Parking lot is around back of school.
    • Average Mileage:  20 miles in the winter and 35 miles in the summer
    • Pace:  No set pace; determined by slowest pace called for by any individual attendee that week, down to about 12-13 mph average (~15-16mph flat ground cruising)

New to group riding?  Or maybe you simply prefer a slower pace?  In addition to the regular Sunday group ride, a NEW, SLOW-er ride is being offered for those who are new to group rides and for those who prefer to ride at a slower-pace.  Check it out!!  Details for each ride are in the Sunday Ride Sheet. Mondays (various locations)

Monday Ride Schedules, Locations, and Routes

    • Departure Time & Location:  In order to provide the group with a more diverse set of routes throughout the season, the ride host has the discretion to pick a start time and location that works best for the chosen ride; please check the Monday Ride Sheet for the ride’s starting time and location 
    • Mileage:  25-40 miles, including a food stop (lunch or snack)
    • Pace:  No set pace. Determined by slowest pace called for by any individual attendee that week
    • Ride Coordinator:  Steve Capriola

Wednesdays (Yarmouth)

Wednesday Ride Schedules, Locations, and Routes

    • Departure Time: 6:00 PM in May-Aug, 5:45 PM in Sept
    • Location:  South end of the Hannaford Supermarket parking lot (beyond TD Bank)
    • Mileage:  15-20 miles, with optional post-ride dinner at Romeo’s
    • Pace: Moderate (12-15 mph average)
    • Ride Coordinator: Michael Quinn

Thursdays (Westbrook)

Thursday Ride Schedules, Locations, and Routes

    • Departure Time: 6:00 PM in May-Aug, 5:45 PM in Sept
    • Location: Westbrook Hannaford
    • Mileage:  12-20 miles, with optional post-ride social at a local eatery
    • Pace: Moderate (12-15 mph average)
    • Ride Coordinator:  Uwe Uhlmeyer 

Fridays (Cumberland) – New!

Friday Ride Schedules, Locations, and Routes:  TBD

    • Departure Time: 7:00 AM (ish)
    • Location: Cumberland
    • Duration:  90 minutes
    • Pace: Moderate (12-15 mph average)
    • Ride Coordinator:  Todd Grove 

Saturdays (West Falmouth)

Saturday Ride Schedules, Locations, and Routes

    • Departure Time: 9:00 AM in May-Sept, 10:00 AM in Oct
    • Location:  In order to provide the group with a more diverse set of routes throughout the season, the ride leader has the discretion to pick a start location that works best for the chosen ride; please check the Saturday Ride Sheet for the ride’s starting location
    • Mileage:  12-20 miles, with optional post-ride social at a local eatery
    • Pace: Moderate (12-15 mph average)
    • Ride Coordinator:  Jim Hamilton 

Note:  In some instances, there will be no ride when a club “special ride” is scheduled, so please check the Saturday Ride Sheet carefully.
