The football field works. We will need 8 volunteers at the site 5:00AM, July 12. I spoke to the balloon people and they said it is very important that the volunteers understand that it must be a solid committment to be there at 5:00AM for the balloon crew to set up and fly.

 The ReMax balloon will be a great addition to the Bike Rally in July.
I believe the inside of the track at the Academy is available to you for launching the balloon.
 Please let me know what assistance you'll need and what preparations will be needed before hand.
